Contribution:
Design the lightweight shroud for the machine.
Engineered the assembly and supporting parts.
Manufactured all supporting parts and the shroud.
Design interfaces for the developer and the user.
Manufacture & Assembly
Parts are engineered based on 3D printing and laser cutting. Supporting parts are compact and mounted on the machine, then lightweight shroud are magnetically attached to the supports for fast dis/assembly.
The MiaPURE is featured in a commercial for the University of Illinois.
